Greg Holcombe is an experienced marine engineer and former Royal Navy electronics engineer, bringing extensive technical knowledge of vessel systems and marine equipment. He is also a qualified HSE Part 1 commercial diver, giving him practical experience working within demanding offshore and subsea environments.

Nick Cash is a former Royal Navy Clearance Diver, commercial diving operator and experienced offshore marine operations leader. Over his career he has managed teams working on subsea survey, offshore diving operations and complex marine recovery projects, coordinating the many operational elements required for large-scale maritime operations.

Jack Boorman

Jack Boorman is an experienced hydrographic survey professional and former Leading Hydrographic Surveyor in the Royal Navy, with extensive experience in marine data collection, seabed mapping and hydrographic data processing. Following his naval career, Jack continued working within the offshore and marine survey sector, holding senior roles including Offshore Surveyor and Hydrographic Survey Manager, and now serving as Managing Director of GEOsolutions Group.

Jai Gardner

Jai Gardner is a veteran Royal Navy Diver with an exceptional background in underwater engineering, explosive ordnance disposal (EOD), and high-stakes maritime operations. His career began at HMS Ganges as a boy seaman, eventually leading him to the elite Northern Diving Group (NDG) at HMNB Clyde. There, he specialized in mine warfare and underwater explosive disposal, ensuring the safety and integrity of critical naval assets.

Marine Operations
Josh Scanlan

Josh Scanlan, aged 30, is a member of the expedition's marine operations team and brings strong practical experience in machinery operation and technical systems. With a background in heavy plant operation, Josh is highly capable of working with a wide range of mechanical and technical equipment. He is an experienced drone pilot and also works with Autonomous Underwater Vehicle (AUV) systems, providing valuable support for aerial observation, survey work, and underwater exploration.
